Andrea Pintos es la sexta de 7 hermanos, es de Rivera, tiene 35 años y actualmente vive en Barros Blanco, departamento de Canelones, Uruguay.
Según ella no tuvo infancia. Su padre murió cuando ella tenía 14, posteriormente vivió con su madre, pasó un tiempo en el INAU (Instituto del niño y adolescente del Uruguay), luego la adoptó un matrimonio que la crio hasta los 14 años, tiempo en la que se juntó con el padre de sus primeros hijos. A los 16 fue madre. Hoy en día tiene 6 hijos.
En septiembre del 2009, empieza a trabajar como Clasificadora de Basura, tiempo en que se funda el Centro de Acopio “El Vivero”, respaldado por la Intendencia de Canelones, Uruguay. Hoy en día es su entrada principal.
Hace unos años Andrea se acercó a Beraca, Misión Vida, y empezó una relación con Dios, que, según ella, le cambió la vida y empezó a estabilizarse.
Actualmente está decidida a seguir mejorando su situación, tanto para ella como para sus hijos.
Andrea Pintos is the sixth of 7 siblings, she is from Rivera, Uruguay, she is 35 years old and currently lives in Barros Blanco, department of Canelones, Uruguay.
According to her, she did not have a childhood. Her father died when she was 14, later she lived with her mother, she spent some time in the INAU (Institute of the child and adolescent of Uruguay), then she was adopted by a couple who raised her until she was 14 years old, time in which she joined the father of her first children, at 16 she became a mother. Today she has 6 children.
In September 2009, she started working as a garbage sorter, time in which the collection center “El Vivero” was founded, supported by the Municipality of Canelones. Today it is her main entrance.
A few years ago Andrea approached Beraca, Misión Vida, and began a relationship with God, which, according to her, changed her life and began to stabilize.
Today she is determined to continue improving her situation, both for herself and her children.
